Our Mission



Throughout the world, Operation Smile volunteers repair childhood facial deformities while building public and private partnerships that advocate for sustainable healthcare systems for children and families. Together, we create smiles, change lives, heal humanity.

About Us



Operation Smile Bolivia’s successful fund-raising strategies ensure that indigent Bolivian children suffering from cleft lips and cleft palates continue to receive care. The Christmas celebration, “Night of Laughter and Smiles,” is a high profile community event in Santa Cruz. At an auction during the 2006 Carnival celebrations, Miss Santa Cruz was Operation Smile Bolivia’s spokesperson. In addition, raffle tickets were sold to win a piece of land that had been donated to the Foundation for the event.
